PARTsolutions

Search the way you want: PARTviewer, the flagship of PARTsolutions

PARTviewer, the flagship software of PARTsolutions, takes you quickly to where you want to be. Equipped with extensive search functions, keywords, catch phrases, error tolerances, and context sensitivity, the management of large amounts of data is as easy as a click.

In addition, parts used more frequently can be collected into favorites folders for even easier access. The parts saved in PARTviewer are fully parameterized and thus use only small amounts of memory. Beyond this you have the possibility to edit object attributes tables, according to your desired standards, in order to enter works numbers or similar data. Naturally, you can also use this information for searching.

PARTviewer manages both 2D and 3D parts, and allows easy navigation through a classic Windows Explorer™-style interface. Using this well-known interface, even new users can find required part(s) quickly and easily. PARTviewer is accessed from within most popular CAD systems with a simple mouse click - transferring the required part(s), when found, "back to CAD." The time saved over drawing parts from scratch is enormous. It's just that easy!

PARTassembly

Complete assemblies are easily constructed in PARTassembly. Through use of its own knowledge base and configuration management, only suitable parts are offered for assembly. Quality through intelligent design is thus built-in.

You can save assembly hierarchies as templates for repeated use. You can also call up existing templates. Assemblies are generated using single parts before transfer to the CAD system. All profiles and single parts are thus available without restriction for revision from within the CAD system. This simplifies the work of the designer and reduces cost ... and it saves time too!!

PARTshaft

PARTshaft - Rotating and Turning Parts Made Easy

PARTshaft
serves to quickly and simply assemble single rotational and symmetrical shaft elements into complete shafts. Cogwheels, spur-wheels and bevelled wheels can all be generated with PARTshaft.

Similar to PARTassembly, a knowledge base can be used in PARTshaft to construct error-free designs, with constructed shafts being both saved as templates for later re-use and made available for generation in native CAD format. All outlines and single parts are thus made available for revision from within the CAD system without restriction.

PARTconnection

It all depends on good connections: PARTconnection.

Use PARTsolutions' PARTconnection module for the creation of fastening assemblies.

PARTconnection is context sensitive. That is, you select the place in your CAD system for a screw fastening, and PARTconnection will automatically calculate the correct size for you.

You determine whether a blind or through hole is to be used, whether nuts, washers or rings are to be added, and whether a countersink is required.

When this is done, the details are transferred to the CAD system, where the component parts are generated with native history tree, positioned and assembled.

Each profile, part, sub-assembly, and overall structure are then available for additional work within the CAD system - without restrictions. Awesome!
