The dynamic hub at the core of the NavisWorks JetStream design review solution; Roamer JS allows the design professional to read and combine the most popular 3D native design formats. The Clash Detective JS plug-in for Roamer JS adds the facility to quickly and easily find, review and manage both hard and clearance clashes in even the largest supermodel.
Add the Publisher JS plug-in to create NavisWorks JetStream .nwd files that offer a common 3D review platform for everyone, without the need for the native CAD files.
The Presenter JS plug-in allows materials, textures and lights to be applied and reviewed.
Compatible & Interoperable
Geometry created by different, competing 3D design software can be reviewed together and checked automatically against each other for interferences with Clash Detective JS.
Publishing compact, secure and streamable NavisWorks JetStream .nwd files for distribution to clients, suppliers and subcontractors eliminates their need for a CAD system to explore and check even the largest supermodel and maintains the integrity of the design file.
Quick & Easy To Use
Clash Detective JS allows rapid interrogation of detailed design models, producing a visually clear and easily understood analysis of all discovered interferences. Design clashes are swiftly located for resolution, eliminating problems in advance and avoiding needless unforeseen expense on site. Effective reporting and management capabilities ensure maximum productivity during the design process.
Clash test results are stored and merged to create a complete record of all interferences found. Interactive review of any detected interference is facilitated by zooming to a viewpoint of the component geometry involved. User configured clash test rules can be set up to eliminate unwanted and known modelling clashes and use of XML gives complete flexibility for importing and exporting commonly used ignore rules. The identity and status, complete with author information, of all identified interferences is retained to offer an audit trail throughout the project's life. Clash Detective JS reports, which can be produced as .HTML to display text and graphics, detail the discovery date, clash type, location, object ID and status as well as comments.
