MATCONTRKTM Stands for Material control & tracking, it is a web enabled application, which would be accessible by user through URL through Internet explorer or any other web browser (Netscape/Firefox).

MATCONTRKTM is designed to track & Control the material from Engineering MTO to Oracle (Procurement System), Oracle (Procurement System) to Construction site Store & Vice Versa.

Main Modules & their respective features are as follows:
ADMIN Module:- In this module various admin related activities are take place.
   o Project Creation
   o User details/User login details
   o Assign access rights to users

Upload Files/Compare:-
   o Upload MTO (different revisions), PO, and DMR.
   o Compare MTO – PO: Following Result will get.
         - Under Ordered
         - Over Ordered
         - Not ordered
         - Match (ordered as per requirement)
    o Compare PO – DMR: Following Result will get.
         - Under Received
         - Over Received
         - Not Received
         - Match (Received as per PO)

Review:- This module contains the comparison status reports for review.
